Greetings,
When I create a router, or even a host, I should be able to establish multiple addresses (and interfaces for them). The host may be dual-stacked, or a router, obviously, has multiple interfaces.

Hi, will add custom field option like there is on subnets and hosts.

It would be nice if you could map an IP address to a device (rather than a text field). If you could add interfaces to devices, that would be great too. You could then map the IP(s) to the specific interface(s). Keeping in mind an interface could have multiple IPs as well.

I agree with alexjhart, need map IP to DEVICE and the backward.

      Hi!

      IP - interface - network_element
      - port - slot - device
But it's out of IPAM scope

I agree. It would be nice to have mapping on IPs and devices both ways. And to be able to create and name interfaces for devices.

Also it would be nice to be able to attach a device to a section (like subnets).

Having custom field for extra IPs is not the best way because you might have 20 IPs on one device and only one on another device, so the amount of IPs on single device should be dynamic.
