#441 feature add picture of device behind IP

Hello there

Hope I am writing it to correct folder.
If this are suggestion for good features for phpipam, I think that it will be fine to have option to upload picture of device behind this IP.
In case of network devices, for example switches it is nice to have photo of it, so I will have better overview where is that device.
