#439 Hosts and subnets in same network

Hi!

When i make a network /24 (from a longer prefix) i can add an host (/32) directly but, if i have another subnet into this network, i can't add anyone host. That's a bug or it's a "feature"? Can i mix subnets and host in the "top level" network? An example would is /24, is: .4/30, .8/30, .64/28, .220 (host /32), .221 (host /32), .240 (host /32)...
