#414 Add Subnet Archive

We assign some addresses to customers by subnet. Is there a way instead of deleting a nested subnet that it could be archived as to keep a history of who that subnet was assigned to?

I would like the addresses to appear as available in the "pool" again, but would like to know who that subnet was assigned to if ever need that history.
