#396 See when subnet was last scanned

I can't seem to figure out when a subnet was last scanned. I manually scanned each of my subnets using the little gear icon in the subnet heading. I also rescan it each time I want to check for a free IP, but it would be really useful to see a timestamp of last pinged, or something when checking the subnet.
