#385 Subnet template-based deployment

It would be awesome to see a Subnet Template feature which would enable phpIPAM to pre-allocation subspaces in a subnet directory. for instance:

Supernet 10.40.0.0/13
--Allocate subnet 10.40.0.0/23
--Associate subnet to template: "4 split" (arbitrary name..)
--"4 split" takes 10.40.0.0/23 and builds, with default names in template:
----10.40.0.0/25
----10.40.0.128/25
----10.40.1.0/25
----10.40.1.128/25
