#376 powerdns - PTR zones

When phpipam adds a ptr record it seems to want to create new zone even if a suitable zone already exists.

e.g. I have a zone of 16.172.in-addr.arpa for all my 176.16 IP PTR records.

But when I want to add a PTR for say 172.16.6.x it creates a new zone of 6.16.172.in-addr.arpa rather than adding the PTR into the existing zone.

Also it does not add in the default SOA and NS records when it generates the new zone.

Are these bugs or my lack of understanding of how DNS should work?
