#358 Allow to create links (jump points) between sections

I use the sections to structure my IP ranges (i.e. Switches, Perimeters, Data Centers). To avoid to manage the same thing at several places I put a pointer/placeholder into my core structure. It would be nice now to have a real link to the "end point" of this virtual pointer to jump directly to the place you want to go. The idea is like a big document where you can jump from the table of context to the chapter.
