#348 Allow /0 subnet

I was wondering if there is a way to create a 1.0.0.0/0 subnet range? We want to have 1 tab called Clients that have the entire IP range so we can keep them organaized. Not a huge deal as we have them split in half in 2 different subnets to cover all IP's.

Just was wondering if there was a way to allow all IP's in one subnet as like a 1.0.0.0/0
