#290 API edits isn't logged

When you delete a subnet it's not logged.

Tested deleting:

Couldn't find it in the logs.

Hi, Yes it would be very usefull to have modification done by the API logged.

Especialy in the futur API V.1.2 with 'create' action.
We've planned to use it for daily external IP detection (ARP / SNMP etc...) with shell scripts and also human modification with GUI.

So we will need to distinguish what is modified via API (what new IP detected ?)
