#289 Allow User Requested IP Addresses

I've assigned several users Read-Only permissions and they are able to browse existing sections and can subnet IP requests after logged in. During the request they can enter in specific IP information - however, this is appears to be all reset after the IP request is submitted and defaults to the 1st available IP address.

Is it possible to allow users the ability to request specific IPs?
