#284 Design change for available subnets (the one to the right)

The "Available Subnets" menu to the left is really good. We have our subnets with nested subnets etc, displaying them as names.

The "Available Subnets" is useful because you see both IP and name, plus extra stuff. But because it's always expanded, it's cluttered and not very useful.

I would like it to be collapsed per default, with the option to expand as you go, just as the left side.

Perhaps something like NIPAP?
