#268 Color coding and extra info

Until now we have been using MS Excel to manage IP-documentation, and we have a big use for color coding and extra information lines, thus i like to suggest to add this.

For example 10.0.0.0/20 - field: VOIP-private, stat route to 192.168.1.32.
or 10.0.16.0/20 - Field: Free color coded to green.
