We would like the ability to define a subset of Administrators who receive ip request emails. The normal functionality sends ip request emails to all Administrators.

This is mostly satisfied with the current release - v1.1 rev010
I think the sendIPResultEmail function should include the logic for
mailNotify == Yes
or
mailChangelog == Yes
