#151 Check box to allow ip addresses to be active on creation of subnets.
This is a wonderful project you have here! If I may make a suggestion could you add the ability to have a checkbox that you can check on the creation of the subnet that allows the subnet ip address to have an Active state? Perhaps in addition to that a state dropdown to automatically have the state of the addresses set. Doing this after the creation isnt that big of a deal, but would really by nice. Thanks for you your great contribution.

I think this is also what I am looking for, we generally assign blocks of IP's to end users or departments and are not really interested in each individual host IP (Although for our own infrastructure we are :)). So would be nice to be able to mark an entire subnet as used and not have to have a long list of hosts all marked as the same to make the counting of free/used work :)

Yes - we do exactly that. Since we assign lots of /30s and /29s to customers, when we assign a block to a customer it would be nice to mark it as Active immediately (and see it in the pie charts).
