#136 Add IP action from selected available range in "IP addresses in subnet" list

I know you can use the "add new IP address" button in the subnet actions section. This automatically picks the next available IP address. I want the same window to open, but with the first available IP in the selected range. An example might make this easier to explain. If you look at my attachment, I have two available ranges 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.4 and 192.168.1.6-192.168.1.254. The idea would be to hyperlink those to the new IP address action window with the first IP in the range clicked on. So for 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.4, you would get the same box as the add new IP button with the IP being 192.168.1.2. However you could simply click on the 192.168.1.6-192.168.1.254 range to add IP 192.168.1.6.

    This is somewhat implemented with r396 "Adding subnets from free space with automatic mask provided | v 0.97.007"
