#106 Automatic generation of a subnet

in the "Available subnets" when I choose a subnet would be good to add a button "Add new subnet". And in the form of adding a subnet, add selection field for subnet prefix, and based on the prefix automatically generate a list of possible subnets.

4 /30 subnets starting from 10.0.0.0
