It would be great to have the possibility to share IPs between hosts to achieve HSRP/VRRP setup.

that make no sense for me... An IPAM should reflect the "normal" Operation Setup. For VRRP/HSTR i reserve the 3 needed IP Adresses. There also 3 Hostnames (Phys1+2 and Standby Service Name)

IT would be good to have a virtual address that could be shared between hosts for VRRP, HSRP load balancing etc
