#1 Search for non assigned IP addresses and blocks

A quick search for non assigned IP addresses / blocks.

For example on IPv4 something like search for the first free /28 block. Or the first available /64 for IPv6.

Sorry to bother, but new versions of the package are being released and other requests are being implemented; but mine is kept Open with no idea of when/if to expect it.

Please let me know if it will be possible to include.
