When a host is offline the circle next to the host turns red, but the little square in the Visual subnet does not turn red, it stays green as if the host is up. I currently have my cron discover and my cron ping check set for 15 and 3 minutes and my warning and offline are set for 5 and 6 minutes. is there a script that I need to run as well or should this automatically change the host status to offline if it is unable to ping?
