#437 Prpagate Change from master to nested doesn't work

Hi Myha,

When editing a master subnet and checking the case "Check hosts status" and propagate changes it does the job and all nested subnet have the "Check Hosts status" enabled.
However when i try to do the reversre operation it doesn't propagate the change. Instead, on the nested subnet page it shows "Invalid Scan Agent" and the host checked status is still enable...
