#426 Request module text missing

Hello Miha,
I've started to look into the use of the IP Request module of your software and have two problems I've encountered.

First is the Description field when Processing the request, it is cut off at 32 characters.
Can this be extended to wrap around or be a scrollable textfield?

Secondly is the Requester comment field, it is greyed out so if there is a lot of text in there you are unable to scroll off the side of it to view the rest of the text.

I've included screenshot with comments on the two problems for reference.
