#404 Section Group rights rwa

Hi.
I have a courple of Sections (Locations) with diffrent Subnets.
Now i add an Group "Section-Admin" with rights : rwa .
I place an User into group "Section-Admin".
If the User log on the right into the Section Subnet is only read/write instead read/write/admin.

If he add an IP and will check availability he gets an errormessage :
Cannot edit IP address details
You do not have write access for this network

I second this. I have a rwa group for a section and they cannot scan the subnet either. When the user is promoted to full admin, it works.
