#399 Screen scrolling "hang" when checking ip address availability

This issue is present on 1.0 as well 1.2 phpipam version, how to replicate this issue:

1.-open a subnet to view IP adress details.
2.-choose an IP address from list and choose "Check availability" option to the right of the object.
3.-availability test is completed succesfully, choose close windows.
4.-Now you are back on subnet details, and can't scroll on page.

How to workarround, refresh page or click on other subnet on left panel .
