#393 CIDR subnet search is not working

Hello,

CIDR subnet search (e.g. 10.1.0.0/24) is not working at all with version 1.2.

Testing CIDR subnet search at version 1.1, it works fine, except when third octet is less than 10, e.g. 10.1.x.0/24 with x<10. The bug looks not to apply for another octects.
