#244 Cannot use the VRF module, option not visible.

Hi,

For an unknown reason I cannot use the VRF module, while having "Enable VRF support" checked.
IPAM version: 1.07.005, revision 465.
Host: Debian 7.7
apache2 2.2.22-13+deb7u3
libapache2-mod-php5 5.4.4-14+deb7u14
mysql-server-5.5 5.5.38-0+wheezy1
php-pear 5.4.4-14+deb7u14

While having VRF support enabled, the option to add a subnet to a VRF is not visible.
Existing VRF are kept and I can browse them, but no new subnet can be added to any VRF, the option is not visible.

Hi, well this will have to be rewritten anyway because usage is not reported correctly on multi-level subnets.
