[Phpip-support] phpIP Install Issue

I am going through the install process, and when it goes to verify the
database it just hangs there at: "
Step 5 : Database Check"
So, I verified that the username/password is correct and all of the mysql
data is entered right.  It still just seems to hang on step 5 with no
output.  Hmm.. any help?  Thanks.
