[Phpip-support] problem creating CIDR class A

I have phpIP 4.3.2 installed on:
 - Fedora Core 5
 - MySQL 5.0.27
 - php 5.1.6

Whenever I try to create a CIDR class 8 net the operation fails with a
php memory error in in the httpd error log.  I have already bumped the
mem limit in /etc/php.ini to 20M.  Does it need to be higher or is there
something more subtle going on?  I know the table being generated for a
class A net is going to be HUGE!
