The ability to define groups and assign CIDR/Prefixes for group management
will be supported in 4.2. Release time for 4.2 is within a few weeks.
Yes, phpIP will support prefixes up to /30 bits in the next few releases.
Thoughts on this include:
Breaking up a /24 bit with multiple /30 bits using the full /24 bit network.
