[Phpip-support] Urgent installation help required

Hi,
 
I am running http://172.29.5.45/phpip/install.php
 
I got the following information screen and i filled all the information and i am getting the below error
 
phpIP Management INSTALLATION 
Database Configuration  localhost
Database Server Hostname / DSN  phpip_management
Database Name  phpip
Database Username  phpip
Database Password  password
Admin Configuration 
Administrator Username  ipadmin
Administrator Name   IP Administrator
Administrator Username ipadmin@localhost 
Administrator Password  password
Confirm Password  password
 
Once i click on install i am getting following error
 
Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Access denied for user 'phpip'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/www/phpip/install.php on line 177

Could not connect: Access denied for user 'phpip'@'localhost' (using password: YES) 
 
I need to create database name manually called phpip_management or not.
