This email is to inform you about the release of version '4.1' of 'phpIP
Management' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information can

The changes in this release are as follows:
This release has been redesigned to support PEAR IPv4, PHP- LDAP, CIDR, and
multiple sub-prefixes. It supports user set  preferences, CSS, and local and
remote user management.
