[Phpip-support] hello

Dear All;

    i have install phpip on my pc but the INSTALL manual maybe is not nice 
manual.. i am confuse w/ the option 4 that said :

4. Login with username "phpip_admin" password "phpip_man"
        Change the admin password under /PREFERENCES/

4. Add IP network address under /ADMIN/add_ips.php
        This only supports Class C network addresses
   4a. Click on "Select IP Range" this will create the addresses 0-255
       for the selected range.

any one can help me ?.
