I've made some minor changes to a previously submitted perl script that will import CSV files, primarily increasing the level of documentation and some re-ordering to make function obvious to new users.

The previously attached perl script is probably not going to be of any immediate use to anyone unless they've made the same changes to the mysql tables that I have... we had a requirement for more information and some different table/field names ;)
