[phpInv-announce] v0.5 is out with major mysql changes

Hi all,

First of all it's still alpha :-)
I changed mysql tables again cause I got big problems with a lot
of items to inventory. So I designed a new mysql layout which is
more flexible and need less cpu/ram/hdd power.
