Phpinn currently work like daemon under 'xinetd', and right now I'm adding support to work like a standalone daemon. Any suggestions?
After finishing server part of the software, I plan to make web based newsreader and administration interface.
For now I can't find a way to make it work on windows. Works fine on Linux.
