phpIncludes / News: Recent posts

This release fixes two issues:
- The article-title was not shown when viewing articles.
- The public pages have been adapted to fit the XHTML 1.1 Strict-standard.

- The overall layout has improved.
- Many bug fixes, as good as all files have been modified.
- Admin can now edit the news groups in the admin-system instead of doing it
manually in the database. The group-functions allows you to split news into
many categories.
- Admin can also view logged-in users.
- FCKeditor is implemented in the news editor, and this makes it possible to
create more stylish articles.

- The image database system has been given a severe make-over. Many new
functions speed up the work, and the layout is improved.
- The gallery function is also improved, giving users many new abilities.
- Many bug fixes, as good as all files have been modified.

Version 1.0 of the News System is now released. Please report bugs.
