I adressed the features in the tracker. And made some other small chaneges.
Mostly wanted to put out a release to fix some bugs found in the admin console and address some requests. Not that much has changed.

Lots of little fixes to the admin pages. Specically around special characters,
folder permissions/list visibility and errors resulting from the wrong information present.

Added Folder listing when there is no images in a folder, regardless of level.
Default images are a little rusty, i'll probably update them.

Everywhere directories are listed, they are done so alpha-numerically.

This carries through on sub-directories

Removed the auto capitalizing of two letter words in folder names. The only way
those two letters will be capitalized is if it is a recognized Country,State,Province code
350+ two letter codes are in adm/two_ltrcds.dat, add to it if you like.
This fill will not be included in upgrade packages, except v1.211.
Security
Added silent username/password checks on each admin page to protect against stolen sessions.
Image sizes -
Recuced sizes of created watermarks.
Reduced quality of the jpeg to 60 percent..the default for programs like photoshop.
