Yes, project didn't stopped. There was a small delay, when I hadn't time (I've broke my leg). But now I'll try to move on. All changes you can see in SVN repository.

Yes, I'm back with idea of creating phpIcqBot. Now it's done a little of, but the work is going forward. Thanks for waiting. Currently working progress you can see in SVN repository.
