The wiki, for reasons known only to the developers of mediawiki,
demands that usernames start with an uppercase letter. I find this
annoying, but I haven't reset it yet...I know that there's a way to
change the wiki config file to allow all lowercase, but I've
forgotten what I have to reset to do that.
