I've just completed Korean localization for 0.9.4.
Where should I submit this? I sent this to ch...@ch... as 
mentioned in the language file, but no response.

You can send your file to me. I'm the other admin/leader for this project.

Thanks for putting together a Korean localization for us, btw. That'll be
our 13th language, if I'm not mistaken. Sweet!
