mozilla works ok, but seems buggy.
you have to download and install the latest mozilla browser
(http://mozilla.org) and then go to
http://mozilla.org/projects/calendar
and click on the install link.
you CAN edit the files by hand with a text editor, if that is what you
are after.
the best thing i have seen so far, with regards to operational
stability, rfc compliance, and available supported features is Ximian
Evolution (http://ximian.org) I use this on a daily basis and haven't
noticed any trouble.
sadly i don't believe this is available on windows. it may run under
cygwin, not certain.
