I've made some documentation changes to the Wiki. But I'm afraid I'm  
not familiar with Wiki syntax and it seems some stuff may be  
incorrect. But I'm also afraid that it might just be a display  
problem in Safari, as I've noticed that Safari has some issues with  
correct character display in certain conditions.

So if someone could please take a look and make corrections as  
necessary, I'd appreciate it.
