[PHPiCalendar-DEV] Updating the docs

I noticed that this page in the docs is out of date
http://phpicalendar.net/documentation/index.php/Contact

I updated it to reflect my taking over the project - please add/ 
update your info.  If you have CVS rights, I consider you a  
developer...others who contributed code should add themselves as code  
contributors.
It might also be good if we could add some info somewhere about what  
parts of the code different people have expertise in.  For example, I  
think that I get the blame for the current state of rss.php.

I've also started pages on the docs wiki to try to explain how the  
code works...please add to this too...if you have time, of course.
