[PHPiCalendar-DEV] Website move

OK, as I guess people saw in the Chad asked me to take over and I've  
moved the website.  The DNS should point now phpicalendar.net to my  
server.  I imagine that there will be some shakedown problems in the  
transition.  Please let me know if you find any.

I think I'll need the help of the dev team much more than Chad did.   
I hope I can do close to the job he did in keeping this project  
working.  I know I could not have gotten it to its current level of  
success the way he did.
