I've committed Nicolas' two patches for the week view and print view. =20=

Thanks a bunch, Nicolas. I'm not sure what to do about the french =20
diff file though. It seems as though some English words were =20
correctly replaced with French words, but also some French words that =20=

were already translated are also being replaced? I'm afraid I don't =20
know enough French to say what is correct; was there some dialect or =20
something that those changes are affecting?
