[PHPiCalendar-DEV] I think I broke something

I thought I had checked, but I my last change to calendar_functions  
broke it and should be reverted.  Sorry!!!  I can't believe I didn't  
test that simple thing.

The line should be
	return substr(basename($cal_path),0,4);
not 	
	returnbasename($cal_path,".ics");

I realize that the problem I was trying to fix was something I  
created in rss.php when I was trying to fix problems with webcals.  I  
reverted that too.
I've repatched both in CVS.  Ugh.  Sorry again.  I'm still not sure  
why this didn't work.
