[PHPiCalendar-DEV] What License does PHP iCalendar use?

Hi All,

Was surfing around tonight and saw a new version of 'Tasks Pro' from =20
King Design.

It's a commercial ($125-$500..) piece of PHP software, that 'bundles' =20=

PHP iCalendar, and I was wondering if this is even allowed - or are =20
someone in the developer group affiliated with King Design?

If PHP iCalendar is under GPL, shouldn't there be a free non-=20
commersial version of Tasks Pro as long as they use this software in =20
it????
