[PHPiCalendar-DEV] PHP iCalendar 2.0c released

As with most releases, it seemed that duplicate bugs outnumbers real  
bugs and it was time to release a new version. I'd like to thanks all  
those who took the time to work on the project over the last 6 months  
including many behind the scenes coding. Hopefully this version will  
be well received and developers can start working on new features.
