I am, and I can.  I've attempted to attach the file to this message.  If 
it doesn't make it through, I'll send it to you directly.

This patch is based on whatever's in HEAD right now.  I used this 
command to generate it:

cvs diff -u >/tmp/phpicalendar.patch

Hopefully that makes it easy to apply the patch.  If there's a better 
way, let me know.
