Hi Chad,

I am the lead developer for EGS, and we use phpicalendar as the 
calendaring system for the system. As we use phpicalendar already in the 
system then I would be more than happy to take over/help with the 
project as I already have experience of managing an Open Source Project.

The company that I work for sponsors the development of EGS, and would 
be more than happy to put some time towards developing phpicalendar with 
help from all the existing developers.

I am sure you may have had other people contact you off list and of 
course you will choose the person(s) you feel most comfortable/able to 
lead the project, so I wanted you to have our offer of help.
